Skid plate was not bolted down. I get it - not a huge deal and everyone makes mistakes. However - the employees were down right nasty when my husband took it back to be fixed. If the attitude has been different - no big deal. But the female with the long fingernails had such an attitude. Last visit.

I always get quick and friendly service. The crew always does a awesome job, they inspect all key point and always double check their work before they let you leave.
This Valvoline location is the best oil change location I’ve ever been to. The crew working there went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were kind, courteous and professional. I cannot remember the last time I’ve experienced that level of customer service. I informed Chance that it was my daughter’s vehicle that I was having serviced and he went the extra mile to ensure EVERYTHING worked properly and that the tires were filled to the appropriate psi.
