Do better at this valvoline with customer service...I have a brand new car. I asked the manager to be sure to wipe everything off the engine. It burns and smells. He said, "Don't worry about it, we clean up after ourselves." I asked for a new sticker because it wasn't showing clearly when to come back. I am a woman and this small thing is huge to me. Just needed my skip plate screwed back up....very friendly and didn't charge me anything...great service for the community.
I’ve had multiple issues with Valvoline in the past, but my recent visit made me want to write a review. They failed my inspection saying my e-brake and power steering pump didn’t work, but both were fine. I went to Meineke across the street, passed with no issues, and was told other customers had the same problem. Won’t be back.
