My car said I needed an oil change so I came in for an oil change. I called my dad later that day and he told me that I had my oil changed when I got my brakes done 2 weeks ago. Valvoline staff still performed an oil change and charged me for it, even though I clearly didn’t need one. They took advantage of my ignorance as a young woman.
Communication was very poor and inconsistent. I called the telephone number of the Burlington location and spoke with an administrative person who was not located at the location. I called multiple times after being disconnected from two call takers. Staff at the Burlington location were not very professional. The employee that I communicated with quoted a different price than what I was quoted over the telephone.
