They could not get the oil filter off that they put on last oil change, sat there for almost an hour
Damien is running a crew here; the customer service the INFORMATION is AWESOME! He helped me to understand what services I needed and most importantly helped me reset the Maintenance required light on my car!!!! (The other Valvoline in Chicopee didn’t even do that or check my cabin air filter) Although I paid more than I wanted (because of the filter) I am content with the service and how nice everyone was!
Damien and his team were knowledgeable, fast, and efficient with their service!
