Still waiting... I'm done with Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Sloppy work and unkept promises. On October 22, 2024, I visited this location for a simple oil change. The work was done as expected. On my drive home, I noticed that my hood latch was not fully locked. Stopping in a parking lot off the highway, I found that an oil wrench was left on the engine block that prevented the hood from latching. "OK, I thought, honest mistake."
