Went to Wilbraham Valvoline for an Oil change on Saturday. They could not get the drain plug out. (They were also the last ones to also tighten the plug) They handed me a new plug and said to go have someone else try and come back to get reimbursed, lol. This was after about 30 minutes of waiting and nobody seeming to care or giving me any information. I received an email stating "Thank you for your tire service" lol. After scrolling reviews. Had a very bad experience with this store they flooded my engine with oil they never emptied the old oil out and my car takes 6 qts of oil there was 12 qts when Firestone checked it out now I need a new engine in my vehicle because they had no idea what they where doing and they expect me to pay for a rental and only reimburse up to $35 a day for my rental I have 3 little kids don't ever go to this store unless you want your car to not work
Brian the store mgr at the Boston Rd. Location. Excellent customer service and personable. Your not just a number your a client. He changed my oil, filter and my engine filter. In and out without a problem. Highly recommend Valvoline on Boston Rd. Wilbraham, MA.
