Darrel and the staff are great. Fast and friendly, always a pleasure.
Horrible place. They value quantity over quality. After being loyal customer for years, they over filled my oil which cost over $3000. Rush you in, do a crap job, and rush you out so they can screw over the next person. I will never go to another Valvoline. Crappy, untrained, greedy, pushy people. Pffffft Valvoline!
Have used them for a few years, this time, because they dont require ASC certified techs and don’t calibrate the equipment they use or have the work checked when a New employee is working, they over filled the oil and hence caused over $3,000 dollars worth of damage and since I can not guarantee that they did it even though they are the only ones I permitted to do the oil changes I am stuck paying for this repair bill. Hence I will never recommend anyone to go there ever!!!!
I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change thanks to Dustin and Nathaniel. They were both super friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend!
