I brought my '08 work truck in for a premium oil change. The dipstick broke long ago and Ford stops manufacturing parts after 10 years apparently. I also have issues with evaporating coolant. It's a quirky truck. The crew listened, was patient and attentive and worked quickly but efficiently. Ideal experience.
