I provide this review as requested by the vender, Valvoline, Kettering, OH. Survey Comment: I ASKED FOR A SERVICE AND THE ATTENDANT WOULDN'T PROVIDE IT TO ME. I WANTED REGULAR OIL. I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THAT SERVICE. ANYWHERE ELSE IF I ASKED ONLY FOR MY WIPER FLUID TO BE FILLED, IT WOULD BE DONE AND I WOULD BE CHARGED. MY EMPLOYEES UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
