Very slow, nice people but waited over 2 hours to get a simple oil change. It seemed they were fast in one line that got people through more quickly but still slow. They are seem to be chatting with themselves instead of trying to get people out of here. Never had I had such a slow experience getting my oil changed. I would never come here again!
The guy who was helping me , Jacob , was completely unpleasant to work with. He had a poor attitude and couldnt remain profressional. He said blah blah to something i said in a rude way , he was clearly unhappy to be there. Otherwise the visit was delayed , took much longer than usual and a quick oil change turned into a 40 minute+ wait.
Good value, will be back!
one of the few times i've not minded going to a quick lube place. staff was very friendly.
