This location (Bonney Lake) tends to fall short of the service that I typically receive at Valvoline. This time, I was also surprised that the base price of the oil change was $10 more than both the Sumner and Enumclaw location. They also did not do a light check, or make sure my tires were properly inflated. I live in Bonney Lake, but I will likely not return to this location as I have had multiple negative experiences over the past couple of years and not a lot has seemed to change.
They offer services they don't know how to perform here... Now normally I'd go about my day, but they knew when I showed up I only wanted the ac recharged, but made me wait 45min or so to finish the couple oil changes ahead of me, pull me in, (the neanderthal) told me he couldn't find the second ac valve on my stock 97 f150 and that he couldn't do the job, completed by the assistant not closing my hood when I said I will go somewhere else xD Thanks guys.
