I went to Valvoline yesterday to get my oil changed and got new wipers as well. I was assisted by Evan Jake and JB. They were all super friendly and professional while assisting me with my vehicle. Towards the end of my oil change the cap somehow disappeared they searched and searched but to no avail. Jake called around to get a new cap for my car while JB and a few others kept searching for the old cap. Avoid the Waterloo Illinois location at all cost! Took our BMW 428i in for an oil change as I didn’t have time to do it. Manager said they could not change the oil because the drain plug was stripped but they did change the filter. I change the oil and the plug was not stripped. I have no idea what they were looking at. Moreover why would you change the filter if you don’t change the oil. They have no clue what they are doing. I have the drain plug if the manager or owner want to challenge me on the facts.

Thanks to Melony for her honest answer to me. During the transmission fluid change there was an obvious problem Other tech gave me obvious bs answer. Melony gave straight forward answer easing my concern about possible problem during the process.
