The guys were very friendly and did their job well. They did not try to sell unnecessary services. The service was fast and friendly.
I always go to the Valvoline instant oil change in Columbia Illinois, this afternoon Connor was the store manager, I was having some issues with my battery and he set me up and installed a new one right there while I was getting my oil changed. He never forced me into buying one, just suggested it and gave me some good solid reasoning so I did it. He’s always helpful and super professional in everything he does, good guy.
Felt rushed. Very expensive, over $88 is insane for an oil change. They didn’t check my battery because they were so busy didn’t do some of the checks they usually do.
Great service. Quick and thorough. Been coming here for years
