You can’t do better than the staff here!
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer a lot of services and do the oil change without anyone getting out of the car. They have 3 lines that seemed to each have their own staff. My only downside was it took me almost 90 minutes from when I got into line to get my oil change and get back out. They were very busy though.
Today, we had a bad experience at the Valvoline on Waddell and Litchfield (Surprise, Az.); we may be looking for a new location for our Oil changes. My wife brought my vehicle in for an oil change since I'm working extremely hard and have been very busy. She gave them my vehicle, offered my phone number, offered her military ID card (spouse military ID). Then she was nearly chastised afterward by an employee.
