This is the strangest review I’ve ever written. On my way to Valvoline for an oil change, I received an important business call. Instead of pulling into the service bay, I parked in their empty lot to finish the call so I could give the employees my full attention once I was ready. I’ve been here several times before—this isn’t my first oil change, and I know the drill. While I was clearly on the phone, one employee came out and motioned for me to roll down my window. Horrible service, in line for 45 minutes which is fine except for the fact that they were so far behind, they skipped steps, forgot to fill one of my tires, didn’t tell me the status of my battery, didn’t make sure my “oil life” was reset, i had to reset it myself after leaving the facility. Grease all over my door and door handle where the tech opened my door for the vin information.
Me and my husband arrived and the employees were busy and we were waiting and then 2 more cars arrived and the employees take care of them first and they left us waiting, that's no fear
The three gentlemen there were very respectful and helpful. It’s really the small things that matter!
CSR Micah was excellent. Even though the parts for my vehicle were not in stock, he still provided me options and worked to make sure I had the info I needed. Thank you!
