The Waddell road location is one of the SLOWEST locations I have ever been to. I’ve been using Valvoline service for close to a decade in the greater Phoenix area. The most I have ever waited at other locations is 20 minutes. The Waddell location, almost an hour just waiting and 25 minutes for the oil change. Valvoline, do better.
Very fast oil change, even with how busy they were. I witnessed half a dozen employees all working hard to get their customers through the line. They didn’t pressure me with upsells, and that’s something I greatly appreciated.
