I sometimes cannot believe the lack of any customer service standards but this location just blew me away. I have been there in the past and when I came in to get the oil changed on my 2021 Chevy Trail Boss I had a simple request. That request was when they rotated my tires that they wrap the lug socket in a wrap of electrical tape (which I said I would bring from home).
