Everyone was friendly and professional. They processed everything quickly and I left feeling good and confident about the service they did. Good job!!!
Service was quick and thorough. Vehicle was clean as far as oil on engine and/or exterior. I’ve had bad luck with other big box stores leaving oil on engine and oily finger prints all over the vehicle. I will definitely be going back. You get what you pay for……..
I have been getting my oil changes at this location for several years now. They are professional, courteous, and trustworthy. They never "push" products or services that I do not need, even ones that I ask them to check for -- an open door for many oil change businesses to charge me for something that isn't necessary in the first place, but not my local Valvoline. Probably one of the worst Valvolines around. They never check any of your lights, never check tire pressure, never top any fluids. Pretty rude employee as well. Seems like they are unhappy working there every time I come for an oil change. Definitely will be going to the Alton location for now on.
All they want to do is sell any and everything they can. They never reset the oil change due on the message center.
