All they want to do is sell any and everything they can. They never reset the oil change due on the message center.

I had a competitor's coupon, which Valvoline said they accept. My oil change was $109.00 plus tax but the coupon was for $69. I was told the most they could deduct was $30. Upsetting but I agreed. AFTER the oil change was completed, a manager shows up and says the most they can deduct is $25! Now I'm arguing with him and STUCK because the service has already been done! I paid $85 for the oil change. ( And he changed my bill to say that it wasn't full synthetic, which It was, and my coupon was for full synthetic). Way to go m... read more
