I had a competitor's coupon, which Valvoline said they accept. My oil change was $109.00 plus tax but the coupon was for $69. I was told the most they could deduct was $30. Upsetting but I agreed. AFTER the oil change was completed, a manager shows up and says the most they can deduct is $25! Now I'm arguing with him and STUCK because the service has already been done! I paid $85 for the oil change. ( And he changed my bill to say that it wasn't full synthetic, which It was, and my coupon was for full synthetic). Way to go m... read more
Great crew!
In a rush and was in need of an oil change. Got to the shop and one car was already getting worked on which left the other lane open. Proceeded to wait at the “please wait well guide you in sign l, then one of the workers told me to move in the other behind the first car and some else who wasn’t even in line was alowed to go into the open lane. So unperfessional. Why was I not aloud to go into the open lane.
BEST place to get your oil done!!!!! By far! Friendly people, amazing service!!!!
