Survey Comment: The tech put 5 qts of oil in our Jeep. My husband checked the dip stick when we arrived home because of the smell and leak. The Jeep was burning oil as demonstrated by the smoke coming out of it and the oil leaking from the oil filter. The service was completed last week and when he drove to work today (7/1) the check engine light came on. Our jeep was running beautifully and now we have a mess on our hands. I would never recommend your business to another customer.
They said they topped all of my fluids, including my washer fluid but thaw was a lie. I tried to use it on the way home and it was empty. Not happy. BUT the technicians at the front were very kind and explained the prices very well and they did their best to get me the lowest price possible. At least this time they used the correct engine oil instead of putting transmission fluid in lol
I’m a retired ASE Mechanic, I need ATF changed but don’t want to do it myself. This is the Best place for ATF change!!!
