My mother went to go get her oil changed 10,000 miles ago at the portage Westnedge Valvoline instant oil change with her Chevy Equinox. I decided to change her oil for her this time around, and discovered her oil filter, a VO-160 which is supposed to be tightened to 18 foot lbs, took me an hour and 2 screwdrivers through it later to get off the housing. I came here today because I needed an oil change and I found a coupon online. When I showed up there was a line for each of the bays. I was quickly greeted by a worker and he checked me in and told me where to go. I was instructed to move to lane 3 which put me behind 2 cars, and then a car that got there after me was able to get in before me.
