Very friendly Quick Service they were busy but they got everyone in quick and offer the better suggested services
Totally rip off $150 for an oil change on my C7! It's only $70 at One Stop up the street and you get a free car wash. Don't waste you money. Plus, the folks who work here now are not friendly at all. They don't treat you with respect at all.
Valvoline typically only takes 12 minutes per vehicle. I like getting there during low traffic times, the location is very close to home. I waited approximately 12 minutes to get in the bay. My service took about 10 minutes. I appreciate the expediency and the ability of the workers to gauge my needs. I was also able to receive a discount for bringing in that handy-dandy coupon sent to me in the mail.
Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. I take all of my vehicles to VIOC for oil change service. We love you guys!
Everyone was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Jason was especially great!
