My oil change was completed fast. The manager as well as the teams provided excellent customer service. They worked like a well oiled machine to be told they were short staffed! Elijah and his team were great!
The workmanship and customer service was wonderful. However, my issue is the oversight and seemingly carelessness by management. While sitting in the work bay there is absolutely no cooling provided. What’s more disturbing is an employee said he offered to purchase a fan with his own money for the shop. I observed a wall thermostat/thermometer that indicated 90°.
