I recently had an outstanding experience at the Valvoline location off 72 in Clif t Farms. I pulled in for a simple headlight bulb replacement on my Honda, expecting to get in and out quickly. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the bulb in stock, but the technician was proactive and checked with their sister location nearby. Break and don’t repair. Broke air box on my GMC. Leave bolts off resulting in my skid plate coming off on the interstate exit ramp. This was on my fj cruiser.
Kavarius was fantastic. Helpful and patient. One of the best experiences at an oil change facility.
The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, and they were upfront about what they were doing with my car. They were quick but thorough. I appreciated that they did not try to upsell me unnecessarily. They kept letting me know the status of what they were doing. I will definitely be continuing to go there.
Very good people, very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure for additional services. Quick service. Polite.
