This visit was not as good as previous times I've visited. The technician was not very proactive. I was asked whether or not I wanted my lights checked and I had to ask about the transmission fluid level. my filters were not checked at all. Usually I get asked about whether I want to replace my air filters, but not this time. If they needed to be replaced, I would have replaced it.
Chera was so kind and helpful. I had a tire with 17 pounds of pressure she checked it, aired it up for me and got me back on the road! I truly appreciate the kindness that she showed and highly recommend!
