Paid for a full oil change. Was shown a screen with everything that "was done" before they started. I responded that none of it was even started and was reassured that it would be. After the oil was changed, I reminded another guy that the other services were not complete. He was confused and said, "Oh." I asked for air in the tires and washer fluid topped-off. As I just told Faith (who was part of a team that took great care of me today), I just LOVE this model! Drive-thru-sit-in-your-car-friendly-efficient-no-pushy-extra-service-sales oil change (with a smile!). Where has this shop been all my life? Need an oil change? Drive here now.
