This place is really convenient to the Townsen park and ride as well as Costco. Jesus and the guys are great!
Put the wrong oil in my car, check engine light has been on since this service and when I went back they didn't admit to anything, did not apologize then went ahead and put the correct oil that I had initially paid for into my car. There's no accountability, non existent customer service and now I am scared to even take my car for back from them to figure out why the engine light is on since It's hard to trust them and see how they provide! This is absolutely frustrating!!
Quick service, friendly tech, did not try to sell me useless or unnecessary services. I appreciate the speed of getting my vehicle serviced. They go the extra mile by resetting oil life, answering any questions I might have.
