Crew was friendly and efficient. Overall a great job! Appreciate not being upsold on all the fluid exchanges. Stopped in on a weekday morning before work and was out quickly.
Good customer service. They always try to over sell extras. My other concern is that they recommend another synthetic oil change for my vehicle every 3k miles. My manufacturer states that my vehicle should EASILY LAST 7,500 to 10,000 miles in-between synthetic oil changes. Don't know who to believe. But I'll side with the vehicle manufacturer on this one. Unless they're just putting crap oil in my car. Just another way for Box oil change joints to make more money. I'll be changing my oil changer next time.
