This was the best customer service I received in a very long time. George was very helpful guiding me through the process as this was my first time getting a professional oil change. Such a horrible experience! Please do yourselves a favor and find a locally owned shop. Lets all come together and help out the little shops before going to a national chain. What should have been a 15 minute oil change turned into over 30 minutes. The "manager" on shift had no clue on why they were taking so long. I was there wait while other cars came in after me and left before me. All there for a simple oil change. Which they state 15 minutes and your out. Well not the case at all.
