I went to get an oil change from this location yesterday for the very first time… a couple people that I’ve spoke to highly recommended them. When I got there they were extremely busy… I waited till my turn, when I drove into the bay, one of the gentleman took my info, and which oil change I wanted, I asked about high mileage oil. They told me they didn’t carry it. Ok not a problem… so I asked about the air filter under the hood. Great service and friendly staff.
Went there a while ago, and they basically overfilled my oil by 2 liters (I mean, I guess free oil is nice, but not the added oil pressure) and spilled oil all over my engine block. It was the technician’s fault, but I’m never returning to valvoline EVER. It just made me anxious about future visits, and really left me with trust issues. I was worried that head gasket was busted or maybe the was an oil leak somewhere else, but it was just the oil residue from them drenching my engine block hahaha.
