Nice guys, but honesty is the best policy. I put trust in them to do the diff and transfer case service and on my jeep, you have to remove the cross bar for access. I heard the struggle and the guy did tell me he was having problems, but someone else was taking care of it. Perhaps miscommunication, perhaps not. This is what I found when I looked under the jeep this afternoon. Unfortunately, they were closed and I have a dealer appointment tomorrow. If I get charged for this repair, I’ll expect Valvoline to reimburse me. Hope... read more
