Came in to service my mom’s vehicle. They were kind and courteous. Shane was taking care of me in the window while Anthony was training a new hire. Callouts were loud and clear and I knew exactly where they were throughout the process. As a former manager, this team was fantastic! Great job you guys!

Today was my first time going to Valvoline to get my oil changed at the 1960 Humble location by Sam's Club. The gentlemen working at this particular location were fast, efficient, and very helpful. Not just one but several of them, Avery and Josh, to name a few. I will definitely be returning for more oil changes in the future because of the great customer service I received today.
