Good service but a little expensive.
DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible! Lacks integrity.
Fast service, will visit again. You pull up behind other vehicles and wait in your car.
1. Oil change was the reason for the visit. I asked Jerome to include "EVERYTHING I HAVE TO ASK FOR" with the 18-point maintenance check. Guess what? I had to keep asking, most wasn't checked and those identified that were (some I think weren't). The guy doing the actual work, had no clue to questions and couldn't even answer why the clock changed time with a battery change...... I was told the filter during oil change "looks okay" by Jerome, why not change it????? 2. Can you check the battery here?......You need a new batte... read more
New manager in July over-charged me and then didn’t check my battery. 2 days later I was stranded and in need of a new battery. Said I never would go back, but Brian who was working today, always takes such good care of us. He’s the only consistently in that place. Thank you Brian, for treating us right and being kind and thorough we will be back!
