Melvin, Steven, and Mason were knowledgeable, professional, personable, and just plain pleasant guys. These are the kind of employees that bring me back to your store for all my oil changes. I don't mind spending more than I would spend if I did things myself because I have confidence it will be done correctly and they'll tell me other services I should consider without pressuring me.
I started using Valvoline Oil Change for the past year when I moved to Bismarck, ND. The service was excellent, and the work was done at a fair price. The Manager (Mike) and his team are very efficient and provided excellent customer service. To save money, I also like to use the coupons that Valvoline offers! I would highly recommend this Valvoline Oil Change to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced! They do an excellent job!
