I've been going to Valvoline for years for my regular oil change. What's kept me coming back was how impressed I was with the customer service during my first visit and I've continued to be impressed every time since. Jakob helped me during my last trip, and I can't say enough about his customer service and how personable he was. Whoever does the hiring should get a raise (and Jakob too)!
They laughed at my jokes, and I even made a 6 7 one. Would recommend.
The service was well received and the people were very kind. However, the technician who did my oil did not properly secure the O-Rings on the filter which is resulting in a 2-300 dollar shop visit. Would recommend you double check before leaving the bay.
Amazing location and very friendly staff. I know I am getting the best service when I come here!
