0 star / scam I had a very disappointing experience at this Valvoline location. Before they started my oil change, I specifically asked the technician to make sure all four skid plate bolts were tightened because they had failed to tighten one properly during my previous visit. He apologized and assured me that he would make sure it was done correctly. have mixed feelings about my experience at this location. Some of the staff were very friendly and attentive, checking in to see what I needed. However, the manager on duty that day was not as friendly as the main manager, which left a different impression. I’m honestly not sure I would return.
