This was the first time I used this company and this location. I normally go to Jiffy Lube or Take 5 for my oil change. However, this location was closest to where I was headed. There was no wait, and the technicians attended to my vehicle immediately. I was in the financial position to include several add-ons to my oil change service, including a new filter and automatic trans fluid replace. I believe my car is in a much better position than it was pre-oil change. I will be back!
This store was efficient and friendly. Jiffy Lube had broken my glove box, and Cooper took the time to see if he could fix it — and guess what? He did! He went above and beyond, even though he didn’t have to.
Been going here a while always pleased with service until today. You could tell Angel wasn't having a great morning and wasn't a real charm to speak to. Euless Texas
