I bought a battery for my 2015 Tahoe at this location. 2 years later the battery had a bad cell and my car would not start . They did not honor the warranty and charged me for a new battery .The manager and customer service agreed the battery was under warranty but because their system tested the battery as good they wouldn’t honor the warranty and charged me for a new battery . Great customer service and employees are very professional.
I’ve came here a few times , but i have not felt as taken care of as today. Ivan and Andy were very sweet answering every question i had and explaining to me all the stuff i didn’t understand. Very happy :))
