Had yet another exceptional experience with the Valvoline team at Euless today (Tuesday Aug 18th). The afternoon crew there were top notch and what I can appreciate most is the utmost courtesy, professionalism, and communication. You can tell by the way they talk to you and each other that saftey comes first. They communicate to each other in such a way that its like a verbal checklist, ensuring that tasks are done in a sequential order so that its not to miss any steps in the process. To start, customer service is good here. Very hospitable. I will say though, be weary of the service and check your vehicle right when you pull out. Getting an oil change while you can’t see what they’re doing leaves you open to issues that they may not claim. My vehicle has a plastic covering that blocks my oil pan from being damaged while driving. Well that plastic shield didn’t just wear out randomly. They claim it did and say on their video that they replaced it and it was snug but yet today my plastic shield was loose, ... read more
My visit to Vavoline in Euless was awesome. The guys there were fast and friendly. Derik and the other guys did a great job. I highly recommend this location.
