I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now, but unfortunately, the last three visits have been problematic: After an oil change, the team failed to properly tighten components, which could have led to serious issues. Came in for an Oil Change, this isn’t my “normal” location there’s probably about 4 closer to me but I was in the area. Anyways super quick, excellent customer service (I’ll be back simply for that besties), went to leave and my car wouldn’t start L O L something about the battery and the alternator and my car might die while driving. Idk IM LITERALLY JUST A GIRL GUYS 😭🤣 I THINK the anti theft thing kicked in somehow and maybe that’s why my car wasn’t starting? I bought a battery for my 2015 Tahoe at this location. 2 years later the battery had a bad cell and my car would not start . They did not honor the warranty and charged me for a new battery .The manager and customer service agreed the battery was under warranty but because their system tested the battery as good they wouldn’t honor the warranty and charged me for a new battery .
