Crew was more interested in talking to the girl in bay 1 than getting her or my oil change done. Over priced, terrible service.
I went in for a routine oil change. It was also determined that I needed a new cabin filter. I had my own with me, which the technician offered to install. It wasn’t until after he put it in that he informed me he had to charge me for labor, which equaled the cost of a new filter- $50. He said he was being transparent. That is not transparency. After years of going to Valvoline, I will not be returning. This is not the kind of customer service I want or need. My money will be appreciated elsewhere.

I have gone to several Valvoline locations in the larger metro area. This one is the best. They always have the conventional oil (which is not guaranteed across franchises, apparently) and they always accept my coupons. Staff is generally cheerful and friendly and there is often no line. If there is a line, it moves faster than any other location I've visited.
