At first I was annoyed by the wait. Fortunately for me, I used the time to take care of much needed emails and phone calls. This was my first visit. I thought it was just an oil change, but no! It was full service! They checked tire pressure, lights, and changed out 2 filters that my mechanic obviously missed. I know Ben is very honest. I will not go into great detail as it was a 2-month exercise in agony. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Oil change, filter on wrong, leaked oil to the tune of 5.5 liters, stranded kid, tow, absolutely abysmal customer service. Fraiser , the area manager was abusive, intimidating, unprofessional and should be unemployed. All this for a terrible and incompetent oil change. Run don't walk away.
Very efficient and friendly staff.
