Had the oil changed in my 2016 suburban yesterday. I've been using this oil change for the past year or so for our vehicles. In the process of checking the air filter they must have lost the bolt that goes into the fender support over the air filter box. I saw the guy repeatedly looking for it, left, came back with a bolt, and continued to mess with it for a minute. My son was with so I got sidetracked and forgot to ask about it before I left. Called before going in with the car I just bought. And let me tell you these guys this morning did not disappoint! They were extremely polite, very thorough, and very helpful in giving me additional info on my car. Conventional oil change, was fast and efficient. Didn't try to sell me any thing extra.Checked all my lights and air in the tires.
I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The oil change felt rushed from start to finish, and it didn’t seem like proper steps were followed. They appeared to start adding new oil before the old oil had fully drained, which is concerning for a full synthetic service On top of that, there was no walkthrough or inspection of basic items like lights or signals, which I’ve had done at other locations without even having to ask.
