Cay, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help us with an issue outside of the typical oil change. While waiting for the repair, I witnessed him dealing with all his customers with care, respect, and sincere friendliness. I admire his leadership and would recommend this place for anyone needing routine auto maintenance.
Just recently moved into the area and went in for a simple oil change after the oil change, I noticed oil dripping in my brand new home garage. I went back in and the fixed the issue. There was no apology no advice on how to get the oil out of the concrete and not a single discount. I figured I would give them another chance. When I went back a second time to have my AC recharged they told me they don’t know how to do it and go to a different store 20 minutes away.
