1) VIOC texted me a discount coupon to use 30min prior to my visit. The manager at the location said he could not apply the coupon as linked and offered a lesser value discount. 2) The manager also inacccurately stated that he could not apply a GroupOn credit for an expired voucher (VIOC has already been paid for the voucher and it now exists as a credit for future services) stating that the credit can ONLY be used on GroupOn toward a purchase of yet more services from VIOC. Terrifying Experience Due to Negligence – Avoid This Location I went to Valvoline for a routine oil change. The technicians working on my car could not get my hood to latch properly. They zip-tied the hood shut and reassured me multiple times that it was shut and safe. I even asked again if I should get my latch repaired, especially since I was heading out of town to Fort Wayne.
