I never go to these type of places so obviously I’m not sure on how it works I pull in get out talking to Kyler who was very nice when Ethan comes up and rudely says get in your car or in the lobby obviously there is a better way to talk to someone that don’t know how the place works the Ethan starts hooking up my battery to something the wrong way the got mad because I said something and then again rudely I was told I could not watch them do my oil change I had to go in there lobby.
