Great employees and fast. But they are getting only 3 stars for not saying the prices on filters first. I had them replace my cabin air filter. It’s, at the most expensive, a $20 paper filter. They charged $60.
The employees were all very nice and informative. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into buying anything I wasn’t prepared for which is important for me. It was also a convenient 10 minute stop where they also topped off my fluids and put air in my tires. The reason for 3 stars is because 1) my sticker they gave me does not make any sense. I have 60k miles on my car which my receipt also reflects but my sticker says to come back at 40k. I’ve never had to check my sticker to make sure it was accurate before leaving an oil... read more
Excellent service, the manager Matt was so polite and professional. The service was fast and done right. I will definitely be back.
Very swift and efficient. Pricing was on par with dealerships. Technicians worked fluidly. Even when my hood dropped (my apologies) on the young woman she never skipped a beat.
