I like how Valvoline has very convenient hours, especially on the weekend. The service manager is very efficient and thorough which makes a huge difference in the quality of service and customer experience.

Holy crap overpriced everything. $15 cabin air filter from an auto store cost me $60 here. Oil change was pricey even with a coupon (which was negated by the “extra oil” charge.) Needed an AC recharge but the machine was broke. Geeez man. Won’t make this mistake again. I’ll go back to Quincy oil and lube. Service technicians and the asst. manager gal weee all very friendly. That was the one upside.
It was a great oil change but they didn't tighten my belly pan and it flew off during the rain near Champaign Illinois
