They replaced my moms Oil twice without changing the oil filter and they never informed me....make sure they are changing your filters!!!!
Left the oil filter loose on my SUV and it leaked. The vehicle was towed to Mazda, and a video was taken by one of their technicians of the filter spitting oil and easily being moved by hand. I called Valvoline and explained the situation, and told them they are responsible for the tow and for Mazda’s charge to look at the vehicle and add oil. The manager told me I’d get a call back.. that was 3 days ago. I guess I’ll call corporate to address the issue, and I know mistakes happen, but not getting a call back is irresponsibl... read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went there this morning to get a full synthetic oil change. My mileage was a few miles away from the numbers on the sticker from last time and I know it needed to be changed because it was almost dry the other day so I added a jug of oil myself temporarily. Went there and asked for that and they said it wasn't low and that they would top it off for free and told me that the other valvoline gave me the wrong sticker last time I went.
