My past visits have been great, but my two most recent visits have been very sub par. On my last visit, in particular, I arrived to find all the bays full. I held back a little to see which bay finished first and then move into that empty bay. One of the employees directed to park behind a vehicle in an occupied bay. I had alittle sticker shock when told my total was 126.00. They did not refill any fluids, check filters, and did a full synthetic oil change which I did not request. I was not asked what I wanted. I did say I wanted a regular oil change when originally approached. Oil smears were left anywere they touched on my car, no attempt was made to wipe any of the mess. The need for an extra charge of 12.99 for an extra quart of oil was funny as a I have a camaro and have never needed an extra quart. The need for this should be voice... read more
