My oil change today was so chaotic and unorganized. They almost forgot to change the oil filter and I was in the bay for probably 30 minutes. I will stick to my usual spot from now on... even with a $15 coupon, it was $90. Crazy. Edited to add: invoice states they added washer fluid but went to use my washer fluid hours from home (just one day later) and it was completely empty. Had to purchase some and fill it myself. Called management and all he had was excuse after excuse. Stick to other places and avoid this mess
