Not even one star.Here I sit on the side of the road for the second time in 2 miles after getting my oil changed 5 minutes ago.Mt truck shut down a quarter mile away.A guy came and adjusted the air filter and sent me on my way.Here I sit again about a mile away from THERE . WAITING! !!!!They just called and said they are leaving in 5 minutes..Stay tuned more to come

03-09-14During the week I get speedy fast service. I'm here right now on a Sunday and they have 2 SLOW people working on 3 cars at a time. Definitely not going to be a 10 minute oil change. :(

I went for an oil change today and Tom and his crew did a great job! They alerted me to damage that was done in a previous oil change, and helped me get that part replaced free through that other company. From now on, I will only get my oil changed at Valvoline-great service!!!
