Was taking my car there for regular fluid checks and oil changes. Come to find out they were never checking my transmission fluid they decided I didn't have a dipstick but I did and now I have no transmission and they say they're not responsible because they never did any work on the transmission! They are the experts supposedly they should have known! If your car is important to you don't risk taking it to Valvoline!
One of the worst franchise oil change places I have ever used. Employee almost damaged my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee oil filter compartment. They are not well trained and the manager Donny Beck refuses to speak about problems or issues. I would stay away if I were you!!!!!!

Will never go there again. They are not certified to touch anything. Messed up my transmission by taking fluid out. Will never allow a oil place to touch my vehicle! When called not only store manager Nick but also Corp and the general manager just tell me that it wasn’t their fault! No one but Valvoline has touch the fluid. To be stranded on the side of the freeway. No gears in the transmission. So $65 oil change and fluid check turned into a $1500 transmission change. But it isn’t their fault?!?!?!
Bate and Switch Overcharging Service Without Customers Consent! STORE: 3232 EAST CHAPMAN AVE., ORANGE CA I brought my car in for an oil change. Store Assistant Manager, ELI did NOT go over oil grades recommended, nor did he discuss price prior to commencing the service. It was only when I saw $70.00 charge on his computer screen, did I say "how much is this?" By this point, existing motor oil had already been drained. I am very pleased with the excellent customer service the speed they have and the knowledge about cars and everything about them! They are having a customer appreciation event on Friday June 19th from 8am-7pm $19.99 conventional oil changes and up to $15 off on semi and full synthetic oil changes I know where im going on Friday

terrible service could not even change my transmission fluid proceeded to break my under plate and then could not fix would not recomend
