I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your location at 3615 W Florida Ave, Hemet, CA 92545. I have typically had positive experiences at other Valvoline locations, which is why this visit stood out to me. Upon arrival, I waited in line for over 20 minutes, even though there was only one vehicle ahead of me that was already being serviced when I got there. Jon and the crew are all professional and courteous, this is why I always return to get both of my vehicles serviced here. Kudos to this team! Plus they honor the military!
The attendant who greeted me was courteous and professional. After I explained what I needed and answered a few questions the work was started. The cost was explained and after I presented a coupon I was surprised and pleased with the cost of the bill.
Outstanding service, very clean, professional and was out in 15 minutes!!!! No matter what state I lived in I always went to Valvoline to have our vehicles serviced!!!!!
