Great customer service!
I got an oil change 3/1, the next time I drove my vehicle, 3/3, I noticed oil leaking and a whistling noise so I drove it back to valvoline to describe the issue. They replaced the oil filter a second time and sent me away. I brought my vehicle to an automotive shop 3/12 due to continued whistling and found out valvoline never put an engine filter back in. I called 3/12 to get a refund and was told they cannot do refunds, only coupons. I am very dissatisfied and do not plan to return.
