I came in for an oil change and when they were doing the check of my battery they forgot to clamp down the battery cover. A few days later I smelled burning and my oil overheating light came on…my battery cover went into the back of my car and melted. After bringing my car to the jeep dealership for maintenance on the issue they told me it was highly likely this problem was caused by the cover being melted onto the back of the engine. Great service, good guys
I changed the oil and filter and they forgot to check the drain plug if is tighten and now my car is full of oil under, on the exhaust , its smell bad, and at night you can see in the headlights the smoke coming out from under the car. I contact them , they say they feel sorry for this and they offered me a free oil change next time. I contacted Valvoline claims team by email but they don t want to communicate in writing, by email, they wanna comunicate over the phone.
