Glad I did not read reviews before going. The oil change was quick, we ran through all lights, I chose the oil, they checked fluids, drained oil, filled 6.4 qts. Had me hit gas to check oil pressure. Showed me the oil line on dipstick. Looks like everything is good. The team was calling out their actions and seemed to have a handle on what they were doing.
Great they are open even on Sundays but they didn't tighten the oil cap after changing my oil. It was leaking oil onto the engine and I thought my older car was leaking oil. Definitely NOT the case as we saw it was the cap not tightened. Their prices are too high to make such a dumb mistake like that. I cannot recommend going here.
I took my car to a local trusted mechanic after having an oil change at this location. It turns out that this location stripped the heck out of my drain plug and didn’t bother to replace it or let me know. It’s also common practice and protocol at Valvoline to replace drain plugs. The drain plug wasn’t only stripped, but severely damaged like they went at it like crazy. On top of that I will need a new oil pan now the next time I need an oil change.
