I changed the oil and filter and they forgot to check the drain plug if is tighten and now my car is full of oil under, on the exhaust , its smell bad, and at night you can see in the headlights the smoke coming out from under the car. I contact them , they say they feel sorry for this and they offered me a free oil change next time. I contacted Valvoline claims team by email but they don t want to communicate in writing, by email, they wanna comunicate over the phone. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Solid service! Well managed! Staff was constantly communicating with each other. Will be making this location my go to ! Clean, very organized facility.
Glad I did not read reviews before going. The oil change was quick, we ran through all lights, I chose the oil, they checked fluids, drained oil, filled 6.4 qts. Had me hit gas to check oil pressure. Showed me the oil line on dipstick. Looks like everything is good. The team was calling out their actions and seemed to have a handle on what they were doing.
