I’ve gotten a couple of oil change from them now where technician always forgets to the place your skid plate back up. They done this multiple times now. Will not come back to this place since they don’t do any last minute thorough checks before sending you out on the road. I’m disappointed because the level of service has gone down quite a bit.
We like to use Valvoline because of the ease, flexibility that works with our schedule - no appointment needed. Quick and efficient. Quality service. Thank you!

Very professional and kind. Asked before doing any extra interventions. Made recommendations with rationales provided. I was not pressured to do additional services but I did choose to do extra services based on their recommendations.
