All the techs were friendly and helpful and treated me with courtesy and respect. Plus they were fast!
Had a great experience at Valvoline at kensington, MD a few days ago for oil change. The technicians were polite, explained everything clearly, and completed the work very quickly and got me back on the road in no time. Five stars!
They recommended me to replace my transmission fluid then overfilled it causing it to spill out on to my exhaust nearly starting a fire and ending my weekend camping trip before it even started. I had to get towed 100 miles to the dealer to find out they added too much fluid. I'm still waiting on that bill, plus the potential damage they caused to my less than 1 year old truck.
