I just got a very overdue oil change on my old van who has seen better days lol. The entire team was extremely friendly and helpful made me feel very welcome. Some places you can feel out of place or even looked down on with a beater vehicle and I was the furthest from my experience today. They topped up all my fluids and let me know how things were looking and what they were doing. The customer service here was just awesome and will make me look forward to getting an oil change, maybe this time I'll actually come on time 😂
They pulled the air filter. It was slightly dirty but far from end of its life. When asked if they could replace it, I said yes. Mainly because it was in their hand and they had a replacement ready to go. Kind of a waste of resources. Most of this is my fault but hated to see the Tech waste his time. In situations like this, maybe show the filter and mention it will need replacement at some point in the future. Don't grab the replacement until authorized.
I typically only use Union location because it’s close to home. This time was very informative. I love the communication between the staff and customers.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and determined to make sure each visit is quick, efficient and thorough. They didn’t have my air filter in stock and said if I buy one to bring it back and they will install it for free. That’s great customer service.
