They were fast, efficient, and professional. I was greeted as though I was a good friend, I was kept apprised of my progress and the results of any tests were explained to me in a way I could understand them.
Hands down, best quick service oil change I ever had! I recently moved here from another state, and it was refreshing to be helped by such friendly staff. I had just gotten off of work so my brain was a little laggy. The gal who I interacted with was so patient and kind even when I asked her to repeat herself for the third time! lol! My tires and battery were also tested and serviced for no additional charge :) I’ll definitely be back in October!
Friendly staff, offered valuable maintenance information and seemed to really know vehicle mechanics.
Very unhappy with the service I got yesterday. My oil was still dirty when they were done and couldn't reset my oil light in my car. Ive been going to valvoline for 20 plus years. Will not be back
