Excellent service EVERYTIME I go. Always kind, they listen, and if you have questions about maintenance requirements and/or fees, they simply explain with a smile. Jared, on my last visit, provided great customer service. Will always return and recommend.
Donnell, Andrew & Jared took care of my oil change, didn’t push too hard for any upsells. Sucked oil from top so drain bolt didn’t have to be touched!
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Valvoline location. I brought my car in for a simple oil change on May 28, 2025, and it turned into a costly mess. A few days later, I took my car to the dealership for a routine recall and diagnosis, and they discovered the oil filter cap was damaged causing an oil leak. The dealership confirmed the damage was clearly done during the oil change. This was the first oil change on a car I just bought a few months ago, and it’s still under warranty.
