I had a great experience at Valvoline. Tamy was very professional, respectful, and extremely helpful. He took great care of my GMC during the oil change service and made sure everything was done properly. He explained the process clearly and provided excellent customer service. These guys take forever to do a simple oil change
Waited 20-25 minutes before leaving. 3 people working, 2 open lanes, 1 occupied, doesn’t make sense that all 3 of them work on one customer/occupied lane. only one waiting, usually have a good experience not sure it’s bc its weekday, afternoon crew
all good and very professional… been here for like more than 5 years i think… theyre trusted…
