Service team was acknowledgeable about my car, made informative recommendations for my vehicle without pressuring me or making me feel that I had too. Seemed interested in my concerns and needs.
I sat in line for almost 2 hrs no service. About 6 people on duty. Several cars pulled up after me, got serviced and left while I still didn’t get any help. Definitely not coming back
High quality service, the staff was pleasant and informative throughout the process. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be loyal to the brand because I never have to worry about the integrity of the service I receive.
EDIT: I returned to the store on Tuesday where store manger Ryan AKA McQueen was patient and diligent. He ensured that my daughter's car was quiet, topped off with oil, and the plate fitted securely in place. He made it clear that he understood the importance of having a safe ride for my daughter. He worked without complaint and with exceptional communication through the process. I brought my daughter’s 2010 VW Beetle to your location for an oil change.
