An extra lane built or 2 for faster service. It took almost 2 hours for me to get an oil change! I was in line waiting longer than the oil change. There was a young man training so I understood, however, if there were more lanes you could have time to train and still keep the cars flowing.
Luke and Malakai took very good care of me. Malakai was very fast and used the appropriate method to pull my oil out of my 2023 Nissan Rogue. Luke was very friendly and informative, he answered all of my questions, even additional car service questions to help me further maintain my vehicle.

The crew was professional and friendly. They always do a fantastic job. Very trustworthy
