I had a misunderstanding with a technician about service pricing. Roy, the manager, got involved and clarified the situation and then went above and beyond to keep my business. Customer service is everything, and that matters here!!
I’ve been coming to Valvoline for about a year now. I’ve always been treated with respect and feel like I’m getting solid advice to what services I need done on top of an oil change. I also like that it’s available when needed as getting into a dealership is hard.
There was a long wait time but honestly it’s Sunday, it’s expected. There was 8 cars in front of me, took about an hour till the service bay. Service was 20 minutes. Greg had awesome customer service, didn’t pressure us to purchase any additional stuff. Also I had a $25 coupon so that was awesome.
Expensive, but isn't Everything anymore. Quality Service. Whole shebang took about 20 minutes. Waited in line (in lot) about 15 minutes. Overall I'm very satisfied with the Experienced Technicians who did the Oil/Filter change as well as checked the other fluids, lights, etc. I will return again, and can recommend this particular location to everyone.
Put the wrong air filter in my 2023 Kia K5 and broke the housing for my air filter. $600 in repairs
