Second update: mechanic says it doesn't look like they changed my oil the last 2 times I went. Just charged me. The oil is too black to have been changed recently. Waited in line for over an hour just to pull in and have them tell me my car is to low and they can’t change my oil. Even though I have came here multiple times in this car and got it changed. Wife took her car a couple months ago and sat in the bay for three hours because they couldn’t figure out how to get her skid plate back on. Don’t waste your time.
