i went to get an oil change i had no issues with my car i leave and it sounds like a truck very loud, running in a low gear and hard. take it home there is no oil in my dip stick. called corporate and came back to the shop to see what they can do.
Technicians were very thorough, courteous and professional. It was an extremely hot day and they did not seem to be bothered by the weather at all. Would highly recommended to family and friends.
