I used to go to Jiffy Lube in Magnolia. The last time I went, they would not let me stay in my truck "because people dont listen and can't drive their cars in right." Naturally I took my business elsewhere and ended up at Valvoline. Charles "Chaz" helped me out and he was great! Super pleasant, upbeat, and helpful! He walked me through my carfax and explained their services and what I needed. It was the most efficient and fast experience I ever had. Definitely my new go to place !!
Break light was out they did a good job getting me back on the road. Good place to go too. If you got an emergency.
First time going there and I had a great experience. The crew member with the long hair did my car(My bad for not knowing your name). But you did a good job..

Joshua was on point with all of my vehicle’s needs and took the time to make sure everything was thoroughly checked and addressed, aside from the oil change. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to explain things clearly made the experience very positive. Overall, the customer service was excellent.
