My daughters have taken their car to this Valvoline location for three years, and we have NEVER had an issue—until this recent visit. Within ten minutes of leaving the shop, the car began smoking heavily from under the hood and from the tailpipe. A Valvoline representative came to my home the next day to inspect the vehicle. Usually a great place to have services done, recent visit was not so good. After sitting in line for about a half hour I was asked to move to another bay by Jennifer I did as asked, got held up in the new bay lane and 3 vehicles were helped before I was going through the lane I was originally in.
