Always great service and such friendly knowledgeable people too
I have been getting my oil changed here at the dandridge location . Im very pleased with the work they do all the employees are friendly and knowledgable. I get in and out in 15 minutes . They also offer coupons which is helpful.
Went and got some routine maintenance done. Was pleased with service and the friendly faces. Was very thorough with everything, and also helped identify that my battery was starting to go out, as long as the head manager Austin Brown works for valvoline I will always go to his store he knows how to coach his team even when not there, and they follow his lead to a T. If anyone needs any routine stuff done would highly recommend this location
