The Dandridge location is always super efficient and has the nicest staff. I truly believe the staff is a reflection of their management. Stacey is without fail always the most positive and friendly person every time we have any of our vehicles there. She always greets us with a smile.
The manager was so awesome helping us and explaining everything. All the employees are awesome! We love coming here to get our oil changed because they are very thorough and very fast!
These people just charged my mother 70 years old 111.00 for a basic oil change in a Kia Forte 4 cylinder engine. If you plan on going there you better have some Deep Pockets me and my family will never return to this place. Let me tell you another Secret Kia in Morristown only charges $80 for Oil Change Plus tire rotation and topping off fluids. These people here at Valvoline are ripping people off
