Fast and great customer service, Michael, Michael F, and Matthew were professional, honest and quick. The second time Jared and Collin and Matt were great. The call center however is no help at all. I tried calling the location first as it was close to end of day and I wanted to make sure they were OK with me coming. A guy named Miguel refused to transfer me to the location multiple times. Collin the manager on duty and his team are amazing we come here every time we need our oil change we also recommend this place to all of our friends they are very professional
The wait was quite lengthy but all together not to bad
While I am very happy with the customer service I received (I believe the gentleman’s name was Collin), the price for my oil change was absolutely INSANE. I’ve never paid that much for an oil change, nor will I ever pay that much again. Yes he was kind enough to give me as many discounts as he could, but my end total was still $151. Never again. How do people afford this!?! I do feel a bit taken advantage of.
