Excellent customer service
They say 15 minutes per car on their website and everything else but then when you get here you wait about 45 minutes a car. It’s horrible, they have more people outside the shop talking than they do have people actually working and changing oil. Worst oil change place I’ve ever been to.
I got there at 2:55 and didn’t leave until 4pm the wait was awful and they didn’t come out to tell me oh we are having issues or we are short staffed or can you come back later or another day nothing I waited all that time because I was already stuck in line with other cars
