Valvoline always takes the best care of me and the gentleman have the best personalities and are super respectful. This is my 5th car here. Been coming for many years. I am loyal because I know I can get quality service and I can trust this place. Madison was great!!
This is the only place I'll go to change my cars oil. Jared, Michael, and Matthew are the dream team they not only helped me with my oil, filled my coolant, and got my windshield wipers replaced, but they also helped me fix my break light! All while being mindful of my budget. Extremely grateful for these guys, not only are they polite and professional but they always go out of their way to make sure my vehicle is roadworthy, as long as they're here I'll never go anywhere else!
Not alot of options in Cleveland. Price with coupon is not terrible, staff was great, my biggest issue is the "next service" sticker. It is very misleading and dishonest. It doesn't state current mileage and date. It only shows recommended next change which is only 3,000miles or 3months!!!! This is full synthetic oil recommended by valvoline themselves to change every 7,500-10,000miles or 6months. They are triple dipping which is dishonest, bad for the environment, and bad for the market. Do better!!! I fixed my sticker...
