Always friendly and very polite!
I mean they change your oil. Otherwise they torque everything too tight. They messed up and an injector cleaning and my car hasn’t been the same since. And every vehicle I’ve changed the oil on that valvoline has touched the drain plug and oil filter are on way to tight.
