The technicians guided me into the garage bay like a flight deck crew. Very obvious in their hand signals and carried a sense of safety in their actions. Once stopped, I was pleasantly greeted by the input technician. As the Q/A took place, he led the team through clear statements of information they required. They methodically took action.
