I’ve been to quite a few Valvoline’s and this one is my favorite. It’s not that I am always seen immediately (they have a lot of people that come to this location) but it’s really their customer service and communication that keeps me coming back. Recently met the manager Colin- he is kind and extremely helpful! I really appreciated his positive attitude and humor. Brionna has helped with my car several times before and is also very kind and helpful. Thank you all, God bless you.

Went to Valvoline for a simple oil change — never had an issue starting my car. They told me my battery was due for replacement. I said I’d do it myself or go to my mechanic. Then suddenly, right after the oil change, my car won’t start. They claim the battery is fried — yet all my electronics and AC still work. Sounds suspicious, right?
