Everything was pitch perfect up until they told me how much I owed. I brought my own oil and air filter so I expected it to be under $60 like usual. I’m from Louisville area but it’s the same company so I didn’t expect much of a difference but they ended up charging me a $60.00 *labor fee*, which keep in mind they don’t charge in Louisville, to simply install my air filter which took them only a few seconds to do.
